✨I am an avid user of Smashbox’s Photo Finish Primer... and this is honestly the next best thing! It smooths onto the skin really easily and leaves it feeling super soft. Once applied, it evens the skins texture and truly gives a matte finish and a true blank canvas for your makeup to be applied. My pores genuinely look much better and minimised when using this product, with reduced shine on my skin too. The price tag of £8.99 is incredible for a product which mimics Smashbox’s Photo Finish Primer really well. This is a definite must have for your makeup haul!

I am in my mid 20's with combination, tanned tone skin and green eyes. My hair is medium brown, combination with fine texture.
This primer does its job and it spreads really well. Unfortuently it feels a bit greasy which I don't like lol but it makes your makeup last so long and will make your face really smooth after applying your makeup.

I am in my late teens/early 20's with normal, fair tone skin and unknown eyes. My hair is unknown, unknown with unknown texture.
I love this primer as it spreads well and settles instantly. I don't find I have to wait long before applying foundation and it doesn't get too greasy if I apply too much like other primers. I find squeezing out a little line about 2cm long is perfect for me. Would highly recommend as a budget primer.

I really quite like this primer. I suffer from having very dry skin and some primers dry it out, but this doesn't in the slightest. With it, my foundation lasts all day and gives it a very smooth and even finish.

I'm currently on my second tube of this primer, and I'd say it's pretty decent stuff.
The formula is light and provides a perfect base under my foundation, and is better than other drugstore primers that can be too thick and heavy on the skin.
The only downside is that you need to give it time to sink in, otherwise it feels slightly oily and can leave your foundation feeling tacky on the skin, but leave it to settle in and it's fine.
I'd buy it again as a good drugstore primer, but it won't replace my Benefit Porefessional just yet!

I am in my mid 20's with combination, brown tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is dark brown, normal with normal texture.
I had run out of my normal primer and bought this in a bit of a rush in a supermarket. It works quite well on my oily t zone and my make stays quite well in place for most of the day. Don't put too much on, as it can feel greasy, but it does settle. I usually sort out my hair in the meantime.

I am in my late 40's/early 50's with combination, light tone skin and blue eyes. My hair is blonde, processed with normal texture.
I wasn't really expecting much from this primer because I'm soo obessed with the original B. Primer but this is soo similar. It totally smoothes out my skin and fills my pores. I'm not sure if it makes any difference on the lasting power but I'd buy it again just because of how good of a base it gives me. Highly recommend :)

it's a good primer but I feel as it's got a greasy feel to it, it does what it says I'm just not a fan of how oily it is, to me it doesn't make a difference on how long your makeup lasts but that's just me.
