I'm actually on my second tube of this lipstick and I purchased the shade "sierra". It's a gorgeous colour, it gives you that "my lips but better" look. It's a pinky toned lipstick. It's really ,really creamy and it actually seems to moisturize your lips rather than drying them out like most matte lipsticks will do. However I will say I would recommend using a lip liner or a lip brush on the edges of your lips. I found my lipstick can't seem to get into the edges 75-80% of the time, but it still does get the job done and fill most of the space. The packaging is not the best but it's a drugstormore...e brand ? What do you expect for £7. Will try in another colour to see if my opinion changes but so far I am in love! My fav lippie x
I brought the Nyx Pallete from Debenhams in Cardiff. I was competing in a beauty pagent and the directors told us we needed to Define our cheeks more due to the harsh white spot lights which make you look as if you have no cheekbones or any defining features. All I can say is that this pallete is a life saver, the product blends seamlessly and it doesn't give you that "just got punched in the face" effect that some contour pallets do give. But I will say BLEND UPWORD, it's easier to blend the product and your cheeks have a sharp effect as blending downwards has the tendency to make your face more...look more rounded. This product is pigmented so a little goes a long way , but don't worry if it looks too harsh, use a dab of foundation to sheer it out and your good to go 😁. I will say you may have to mix some of the colours to get your perfect fit highlight and contour shade so the pans may end up a little messy but that's the whole point 😅. Have fun and I hope it work's out for you like it did for me, I'm no longer competing but I still use it on the daily 😁.
