Absolutely adore this cleaner ! You use a pea size amount of product - I warm it up on my finger tips abs apply on face a neck this will produce an oil based substance this helps break down makeup, even helps remove eye makeup. Then I wet my hands and rub in which creates a milk cleaner. Use a warm cleansing cloth to remove. It leaves your face feeling fresh and fully clean. The aroma of the cleaner is amazing. You can also use as a face mask and leave it for 10/15 mins. Love Elemis I could really telll the difference- my face was left radiant and plump.

I am in my mid 20's with combination, fair tone skin and brown eyes. My hair is dark brown, oily with normal texture.
A luxurious balm that melts away makeup, leaves the skin glowing and has such a relaxing scent. I apply a pea sized amount as my first cleanse. It applies seamlessly and can be spread around the face easily, quickly breaking down all makeup products on the face. It is gentle and does not sting my eyes. This is so much more than a balm it is a spa experience in a jar. It is pricey but I think when it comes to skin it is justifiable. I would definitely repurchase as it not only does what it says but I actually enjoy using it.

Really like this balm. It does a fab job of removing makeup and feels like a real spa experience using it. It is very strongly fragranced though if that bothers anyone and it doesn't last as long as other cleansing balms so it is quite expensive

I love this product. It is one of my go too cleansing balms. I have found since using this the texture of my skin has changed and my skin isn't as dry. After using the product my skin feels so soft.
I use this product every night to take off my makeup but I also use this product once a week as a facemask.

Price- expensive but I truly believe you get what you pay for. And it's superb.
Also it lasts for ages so overall it does work out great value for money.
This whole cleansing balm is an experience.
Like a facial you get at a spa.
It also smells divine. It's like a fresh citrus type scent to it.
The skin feels so sooooo soft afterwards.
It removes even the toughest makeup and grime. Even waterproof mascara.
Highly recommend.
I buy this over and over again and will continue to do so.
I friggin love the stuff :)

i am in love with elemis product. and this one is my favourite. i normally do double cleansing at night time. it really help to remove make up. but the only thing is if u apply it around your eyes it stings. so i try to avoid it. other than that its amazing i use this on my face spread it all over and then add little water. after that i wipe it off with cotton pads and then use my regular cleanser. my skin feels nice and clean

I’ve been using this cleanser for a few weeks now and I’ve been loving it, it removes my makeup so well.
You only need a small amount of cleanser for your whole face and it removes even a full face of makeup with very little effort. I usually prefer to use this cleanser to remove a full face of makeup after a night out as it works much faster and much better than any of my other cleaners for breaking down the makeup fast.
It is a oily textured cleanser so you do need to give your face a good rinse off after removal to ensure all the product is washed off your skin and you aren’t left with any greasy film on your skin after wards. However it does wash off easily and is minimal effort to remove.
If you aren’t a fan of scents I wouldn’t suggest you try this cleanser as it does have quite a strong “essential oil” type scent to it however if you don’t mind a scent in your cleanser it is quite a nice calming scent.
The cleanser lasts a long time for the size of the tub I’ve been using it about 2/3 times a week For the last few weeks and I’ve only used about 1/3 of the tub which is great value for money as you will rarely run out of it!
Overall I love this cleanser and I think it does such a great job at removing even the toughest makeup super fast and with no effort at all, I can’t wait to continue to use it and definitely recommend it to anyone who struggles with removing their makeup

✨This product is really nice, however I would not consider it to be a balm - it is a lot looser, more like a very thick liquid. I much prefer a more traditional solid balm which turns to oil on contact.
It does remove every last trace of makeup, without using loads of product. It doesn’t break me out and leaves my skin feeling super soft and fresh!
My issue with this is the price - for just over 100g it is £45!! That’s really pricey compared to other cleansing Balms which are equally as nice.
The fragrance is really pretty and I do like it, but if you don’t like perfumed product or you have sensitive skin it may not be for you.
I’ve finished my pot of it now and even though I’ve enjoyed using it, I won’t be purchasing again as it is pricey and I have another Cleansing Balm which I am in love with 💜

This cleansing balm is my bathroom must have. It’s luxurious. Leaves my skin feeling fantastic and smells amazing (like a spa).
I use this and then the Elemis refreshing toner and then a cheap moisturiser and my skin has never been better.

This cleanser is a spa in a jar! Amazing like others have mentioned, the scent is that smell when you step foot into a spa for a treatment, it screams luxury!
Only need a small amount for a really deep cleanse, leaves my skin really soft. Love the added algae to keep my skin young, and the elderberry that keeps my skin nourished and soft with a nice glow! Amazing cleanser, well worth the money
