After the excitement of the packaging and the rave about how amazing this foundation can be I decided to try it. This foundation is considered safe for acne prone skin by cosdna. However, the 2 separated times I used it it made me break out. The shade was perfect but made me aware of texture I didn’t know it existed on my skin and I could notice the enlarged pores so much. The fenty primer was even worst.
Very good quality shades on this palette, the blend like a dream. When we swatch the shades we can feel that soft creamy texture and they have minimal fall out. The colours will probably suit most skin tones and they palette worth’s the money. The are very pigmented, much more pigmented than UD palettes as comparison. Package is cute but you need to be careful to keep it clean. The brush that comes with it is ok but not amazing. I gave 4 star because I have sensitive eyes and felt I need to be very careful or it will give a burn sensation if some minimal fall out goes in the eye. I don’t expmore...erience this with UD naked palettes and for this price I would expect something more comfortable to wear.
It’s a fine scrub and I could notice some difference straight after using it for the first time and with continuation. You need to be gentle while scrubbing it with your hands.. better results if you do it gentle... if you go heavy it may cause skin damaged. Not for daily use... I use it only twice a Month.
I got this one at the airport as a gift for myself. I didn’t need it and I wanted to complete my Naked collection. I got this one last cause I am neutral to warm undertone skin and I have green eyes I thought a cool tone palette would not suit me but I was wrong. The shades are so beautiful and make my eyes stand out. It has a beije matte shade called faux that is great as a base and the black shade is perfect. I took it with me and it fell on the floor and I had that feeling I just broke it... nop... shades intact! Great option to travel with. It has one shade from the original one called hamore...lf baked. There is not much fell out and they can be used wet or dry as your imagination goes.
I have 3 shades: first love -great for pale skin and it’s a subtitle peachy blusher, sex on fire- my every day go to more rose tone very natural looking and love is the drug -very pink and more shinny. U need to use a sheer blush brush. I think people hate or love this product, but depends how we use it. I don’t notice any fall out with my zoeva sheer cheek Brush. I traveled with my favourite one and didn’t break. It has pigment sheer brushes help to go light hand but doesn’t get patchy and blends nicely.
Great for T-zone to control oil and minimise pores. Foundations sit nicer in skin when I use this primer. I am honest I am not reaching for any other since I bought this primer and for texture skin is great. I give it 4 star because I think they exaggerated on the price, a tube goes a long way... oil free and doesn’t clog pores so it’s a safe option for acne prone skin. But it’s not a miracle... if we use an amplifier mirror we can still see our pores and we need to accept them cause we need them to exist.
I used previously the Estée Lauder fresh and refresh and I was waiting to finish it to get this one cause it is so famous... then I found how my old one was so good. This is not a setting spray it’s a primer. I have difficult skin and this is how Mac prep fix + works for me: after applying foundation I spray it on my sponge and I apply it on my face. It helps the foundation to look more natural. I know some people thinks this a waste but this is how it works on my skin u may want to try it too. If I spray before foundation nothing happens and if I spray at the end I can see the spray dots.
The shade is beautiful. The red has blue undertones helping the teeth to look whiter comparing with warmer lipsticks. I like it and Mac has the mini size available for half price. If you like a good retro matte this is a shade good for all skin tones by what everyone is claiming. Need to prep my lips well because it is drying.
