Revolution Cut Crease Canvas Create

best eyeshadow base/cut crease product i’ve bought. also works to carve out brows too which is a plus. highly recommend getting this item😘

The coverage works well, I bought the lightest colour as I am naturally pale and it blended well. The only thing I didn’t like is the brush that comes with it, it’s too big and the wrong type to give a flawless finish. There’s no reason to not use your own brush which then makes the actual product great. Personally I would buy again and ditch the built in brush

I actually like this. It works really well, a little goes a long way with this. I just put a little on the back of my hand and use a separate flat concealer brush. However, this isn’t a necessity, just use your concealer to cut crease.

It was all going so well.. my blend was great and I thought since I'm cutting my crease this will be the perfect chance to try the cut crease canvas. Nope, actual nightmare to work with. I love Revolution and I almost hate that I dislike this as much as I do but it's so messy! The built-in brush seems like such a good idea on paper but when applying it gets messy and fast. These types of products are supposed to make it easier not harder. The product is caked on the brush so straight away you have to wipe off the excess into the tube.. which makes a mess. Then after that, the product itself is almost wetter than their Conceal and Define concealer and thick too so it sat on my lid, it was really awkward to blend the product out with the applicator because it was caked on the wand so it ended up all over my lashes.. which, you guessed it. MADE A MESS. I ended up with product all over my lid in a thicker layer than usual, all up in my nicely blended shadow. It was a mess. I think if you invest in a decent rounded flat brush and the base/concealer of your choice you don't need this. Maybe if you're an expert with a cut crease, and you can finesse it you could probably make it work but for me I've just wasted £6.
