I first started using this about a year ago, I used to use liquid foundations that’s used to end up oily & patchy just eww, I thought I’d try this just as something different to try it goes on perfect & stays on without patching it’s the only foundation I will literally use now, the other great thing it’s not overly orangey so you don’t have a problem with looking like youve been tango’d

I feel like this foundation has a really unfair expectations about it. Everybody seems to hate it as it's what they used to wear in highschool and looked horrible. So I was very skeptical when first trying this foundation but honestly I don't think it's the foundation thats the problem but the fact that we all applied it with our fingers 😂😂 it has a really nice natural finish. I accidentally bought a shade too dark for me so I I use it as a bronzer. It's honestly just like thw Chanel bronzer, it looks lovely and natural and doesn't look too heavy.

I was excited when this came out because I've always had problems finding the right shade of foundation but there is quite a range with the dream matte mousse.
The problem is, I couldn't blend it - it drew attention to any remotely dry patches I had and just seemed to sit in to cakey lines. It went in the bin pretty quickly. I want to like it, but even now, with tester pots in Boots, I just hate how it feels.

This was one of my go to foundations in college. This comes in SO many different shades with a various undertones. The texture is moussey & fluffy which is interesting. It gives a solid medium coverage & is buildable. I apply this with an ELF brush, I’ve used it with a sponge however it seemed like I was blending forever as it didn’t set the way I wanted it to. The only downside to this is that it transfers really quickly even after setting which is why I’ll give this 4/5 stars.

Out of most foundation i have tried this seems to work the best for my skin tone. Maybelline has a selection of shades but not my true shade as i still have to mix my foundation to get my true colour. Until then u find that right shade Maybelline works grear for me.

Bought this recently as I swore by it when I was about 14. I obviously liked the orange face look then. I find the only way to apply is with your fingers, it's not long lasting, it oxidized terribly and looked an absolute mess. Some people may be able to make this work but I couldn't when I was 14 and I still can't lol

My skin has never gotten on with this foundation. I used to wear it when i was younger and it looked and felt cakey..it clung to all my dry patches and rubbed off on my t zone after a few hours. Recently tried it again as my friend had it and it did exactly the same thing. The only good thing is that it comes in lots of shades.

I used to love this back in the day. So I thought I'd buy some again to see how it is. And wow... It's terrible. It clings onto any dry areas, and I think it's hard to blend . I like the feel of it on my face but after an hour it has worn and become patchy. If your 11 this is probs perfect

This used to be my go to foundation: however that was before I used brushes and beautynblenders to apply my foundation. The texture is that if a mouse and it does apply nice on the skin however I find it oxidises horrendously and looks awful after I'd say 2 hours wear. Constantly have to powder the face or even re apply the face alotgether.. good for the price however I won't be buying it again

I love the texture of this foundation, it is very easy and smooth to apply and doesn't go cakey throughout the day. The coverage is quite light to medium, and would be nicer if it was heavier. Brilliant for the price 😊

I love this foundation, I have it in 3 different colours and blend them for my personal perfect coverage! (Also saves time with contouring day to day!) Can be a little blotchy by the end of the day if I don't rebuff at lunchtime but for the price it's a great product with great coverage and it's buildable! Would recommend!

I used to wear this none stop when I was a teenager and loved it, left my skin feeling amazing. Now going back to it - total opposite! Leaves skin feeling chalky and really dry, feels quite cakey when on, leaves me looking like ompalumpa, even the lightest shade. Very hard to get off your skin also, still feels like traces of it left on your skin even when you face is completely clean. Medium coverage but is builable. Best put on your fingers, just dosent blend properly with a beauty blender, applies slightly better with a brush but best used with your fingers.

Most likely one of the best rpoducts ive ever tried. Very cheap and affordable. Very loght weight foundation, feels like your wearing little to no makeup. Provides what i feel would be full coverage. Very light and comfortable to wear and last through the day. Doesn't affect my skin with break outs.

It is a lightweight feel and very matte just like it says. I probably won't buy it again because i love experimenting on my makeup products until i settle for something i really like. I do find it very like plastic (i guess?) it gives a very smooth finish, however.

This foundation doesn't work at all with my slightly dry skin. I used this recently over a primer and it left dry patches over my skin in problem areas. Although, I believe if you have normal skin this would give an air brushed matte effect.
