I frequently use this concealer to cover up blemishes and hyperpigmentation on my nose and cheeks but have been unable to use this product under my eyes because of how much it creases. I have tried every method of setting from using no powder at all to full on baking to no avail. The price and shade range are excellent though, so I will still be using this product in the areas mentioned and just use a different concealer under my eyes.
When I first saw this palette in Boots I just had to have it!
The price is excellent, especially when considering that the palette includes 16 shades of mattes and shimmers.
These shadows are very pigmented and include lighter transition shades, darker crease shades and extremely pigmented shimmers. The purple shade is my absolute favourite.
Having purchased obsession palettes before, I knew that their quality was reliable but I was still blown away by this palette.
Overall, I'd say this palette is pretty much perfect for most kinds of eyeshadow looks and is my current favourite eyeshadow pmore...alette.
This mascara is slightly more pricey than some other high street mascaras but it is worth the extra money.
The wand and formula together create length and volume while avoiding clumping, making it suitable for everyday natural looks and - after a few coats - more dramatic night time looks.
I have very straight lashes which struggle to hold curls in place, but this mascara seems to do the job better than any other non-waterproof formula I have tried.
Overall very happy with this product and have repurchased it several times.
I recently received this highlight palette as a gift an whilst I am blown away by the orange, yellow and pink highlights, the others seem to be of a slightly different formula which is chalky and patchy.
The three fantastic shades which I previously mentioned are the most pigmented and shiny highlighters I now own and can give a "blinding" glow or be used subtly. They are suitable more for lighter to medium skin tones but perhaps not for much deeper skin tones.
The silver colour is the next closest in quality and I will probably use it in the inner corners of my eyes for cool toned eyeshadow lmore...ooks.
However, for the other shades, I can think of very few occasions where I would choose to use them and I am somewhat dissatisfied with their consistency.
Overall, the best shades of this palette outshine the poorest ones so I will keep this highlighter product in my collection for now.
I use this brush with a pressed translucent powder to set the majority of my face on a day to day basis. It is very soft and reasonably full.
I find the shape of the brush very easy to grip, whilst also being good to look at and easy to fit in my makeup bag. The bristles themselves are a suitable shape for all over face powdering. However, if I was trying to get coverage from a powder foundation I would prefer the brush to be more densely packed.
This is my current go-to foundation. The colour I use (100 Ivory) is a perfect match for my skin! This, combined with its healthy, glowy finish, makes it the perfect foundation for my preferred natural everyday look.
I tend to lightly set it with powder, but on my combination skin, I have to heavily set my oily regions so that they don't become excessively shiny. I also have to retouch areas that crease throughout the day. For these reasons, I'm not sure that their 25 hour claims are 100% realistic.
The coverage is medium, which is fine for everyday but I struggle to cover blemishes with thismore... foundation alone, so it must be paired with concealer to get a more flawless look.
This foundation is sold on the high street for an inexpensive price which is perfect for those of us who cannot afford luxury brands.
Overall, I have bought this product at least 3 times as it is the best foundation in its price range that I have found so far.
