I wanted to love this foundation so much. Mainly because of the price and because I'd seen and heard such rave reviews. Unfortunately for me it was a huge disappointment. I just couldn't make it work for me. It sat on my skin and didn't really sink in which was noticeable. My skin didn't look anywhere near as good as I thought (and hoped) it may. The only thing I like is the bottle, but let's face it, spending so much to just like the bottle.. Ha! I've found so many foundations that are cheaper and better. I just think it's a completely overrated product.
Now I'm not exactly brilliant at brows.. I don't really have much to work with! I used to use cheap branded stuff as I wasn't that bothered but one day decided to splurge! When I first got it it took me a while to learn how to use but once I did I loved it. Well, until it was about halfway through and the product became so dry I just couldn't use it. Since then I've gone on to the Mac one which is so much better and much easier to work with.. Plus it doesn't dry out!
I hunted like crazy to find something to help me with my fine under eye lines and this was a product that just kept popping up. Very expensive for the size but I did find it helped making my fine lines look a bit less prominent. But because of the price I went on the hunt again and found the elf one, which impressed me a lot! If I wanted a splurge I'd repurchase this.
I had high hopes for this foundation and I was oh so disappointed. I didn't get the full coverage it advertises, nor the luminous finish. I have dry skin and really thought this would work. I like a squeezing tube packaging for my foundations so that was a bonus. It was just a shame the product didn't live up to expectations.. £35 too?! Definitely over priced.
Tried this because of the 'dewy' trend! I like a full coverage foundation and this seemed very sheer. I keep trying Mac foundations hoping that one might impress me, but after trying a fair few I'm going to steer clear from Mac foundations. There's far more (less expensive and some more) foundations that I think are much better. The finish of Mac ones are a let down.
When I first really started with higher brand makeup this was my go to foundation, but I think it's just because I was following the Mac obsessed crowd so I made do. Now I've broadened my horizons on foundations I realised it didn't work for me. I love the packaging but it didn't really do anything for my dry skin. It left me quite cakey and the finish wasn't very nice.
I really wanted to be impressed with this foundation after seeing so many good reviews, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I didn't find the coverage to be as good as it was made out to be, plus it left my skin looking pretty cakey. I think it's overpriced for what it is and the colour oxidised to an orange tone. The only thing I like about it is the bottle.
I love this! The coverage is AMAZING! Plus I think the creamy texture doesn't enhance my dry skin. A little does go along way..from someone who uses a hella lot of foundation. I do really like the finish but if I'm looking for something dewier I'll just do a fine layer off another foundation over the top. I much prefer this to the original double wear, need better shades
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but this product just doesn't work for me. I don't find the coverage to be the best, plus the finish isn't great, I do have dry skin but prep very well and it still doesn't work for me. Tends to leave me with a powdery/cakey face. I would love to get the same pay off that everyone raves about but I haven't so far.
I love this! Smells amazing, fresh and minty! I usually leave on for 20-30 mins (says 5-10) and leaves a lovely glow and makes you feel fresh and clean. When I get the odd breakout I'll pop this on and I can tell it reduces the size and redness of a pesky spot! Great product, natural and great price. I got the self preserving version(has honey which is great for my dry skin!)
