I bought a few products from this brand after hearing amazing things online regarding the quality to price ratio. But I was disappointed. On the brand's site it states this product is formulated to have the highest impact on the skin. However, I found it gritty, leaving a very greasy residue that just did not seem to absorb. Up to 3 of the brands skincare products could be used at any one time for optimal results, however, I experienced a lot of pilling due to this product. Vitamin B is supposed to brighten skin complexion, after 2 weeks I had to stop as I saw no impact and more spots :(
I was excited to try this product, especially for lazy days when I don't want to go to the effort of putting on a full face of make up. But it dried too quickly meaning that any coverage was patchy. I bought it in medium too dark and it was a pretty poor shade with an orange undertone. If applied quick enough, it does give good coverage for the price and smells good. Perhaps more suitable for lighter skin tones.
I think these are good value for money, but they are incredibly drying and emphasise any patches on your lips. Need a couple of applications of the product to get a good colour pay off but I can do a nice ombre lip with some of these shades. My go to are London and Berlin.
Love this, smells (and tastes!) great. Provides a good even base and removes dead skin before I apply my lip products. However I do feel like it would be really easy to make a homemade dupe that works just as well using some sugar etc.
Use this most days after using their cleanser and toner. I love the smell and consistency. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and moisturised without that greasy feeling that some face creams tend to do. Only downside is the price but would still highly recommend :)
Really great coverage concealer for blemishes around the face. I tried using it as a under eye concealer and it was just too thick to really work in and give a flawless look, it emphasised my fine lines. Saying that, I've nearly hit the pan on my second pot as I find it good for covering acne scars etc.
I don't like full coverage foundations that feel really heavy on my skin so I thought it would be a good option for me. I quite liked the light coverage formation of this foundation. It was definitely build able whilst still leaving my skin feeling quite breathable. However, my issue is with their colour range. I am indian and the closest shade to my skin tone was a pretty awful match, even though it was recommended to me after a test at one of their counters. I do still use it sometimes if I want a quick highlight but I really think they need to expand the range.
Just love it. Been using it for a year as part of a skincare regime that includes other Liz Earle products. Strips away all make up and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean. Does feel a bit drying, but when used in combination with their moisturiser, it's a match made in heaven for me. Haven't found anything I like as much, although it is quite pricey. I always stock up during christmas when they do the value gift sets, for a better deal.
I bought this on a whim but I really enjoy this product. I only use it once or twice a week and had to do a patch test to see that I was not allergic to the bee venom in this product. I have combination, slightly sensitive skin and after every application, my skin feels smoother, far more hydrated, brightened and well nourished. A little product goes a long way with this mask and its a little bit of luxury after a long day. Before I bought this, I checked that the process utilised to extract the venom didn't harm the bees themselves. Would definitely repurchase.
