Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo

I love the olaplex range having no 0 to no7. Shampoo is great ! Very thick and luxurious. As well as the conditional they last a long time and only need a size of a 10p to use on hair. It lathers well and leave hair feeling very clean. Combine to shampoo with the conditioner it is a great hair care product ! This is amazing for damaged hair or fizzy or even coloured hair who is looking for a little TLC . Olaplex is a fantastic product it is a little pricey but well worth the money had mine for 6 months ( use twice a week) and still have some left. I would highly recommend for damaged hair who is wanting to help repair or maintain healthy looking hair.

Olaplex is expensive compared to the average shampoo. However it definitely performs much better than any drug store alternative. It is highly concentrated which means you do not need a huge amount to wash your hair. I usually take a small amount and rub both hands together to spread it and then apply it to my hair. Despite it being free from parabens and sulphates it lathers up amazingly. I like to apply shampoo twice and the second time a smaller amount is needed. I use this in conjunction with the conditioner. My hair is genuinely breaking less and more importantly for the first time in my life it remains frizz free. I have tried numerous products to minimise frizz and nothing compares to this product. My hair feels soft and silky smooth. This product has made an unbelievable change to my hair.

I bought this shampoo during lockdown as I took my weave out and wanted my hair in a better shape for getting new hair. My hair has never felt so good and I even use it with my extensions in as it’s free from nasties. I use this along with the conditioner no.5 and bond builder no.3 and love them all. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that my natural hair is super fine and greasy so I have to wash the very top of my hair with a different shampoo and use this on my mid lengths to ends. This may seem like an odd thing to do but the shampoo is so great on my mid lengths and ends that I don’t mind having to use 2 different shampoos

Smells nice. Makes my hair look and feel so smooth and healthy even after one wash. Considering how often I’ve dyed my hair and how much heat I’ve used on it my hair has never looked and felt so good!

I wouldn't use any other shampoo now! This is great and has completely transformed my damaged hair! It lathers up really well unlike some nasty free shampoos and really cleans my hair well without leaving it sticky or any horrible residue behind. It leaves it feeling soft and silky and I even think it has helped my hair grow a little bit because of how less damaged it now is

Even tho the Olaplex 4 shampoo doesn’t contain any sulfates or parabens, the shampoo still foams up when you start to massage it. This amazing scent escapes when you work it into your hair and even when you wash it out, it feels super soft. With some shampoo’s you can really feel that it strips away all the moisture, but not with Olaplex. Key benefits: – Repairs and maintains bonds within the hair  – Eliminates frizz and flyaways – Reduces breakage.

Following on from buying No3 I brought the shampoo and conditioner, now this is pricey so I used once to twice a week along side my other shampoo, it is really thick with a gel like texture so you don't need loads and it's smells really fruity. I have seen a massive improvement in my hair the last month is softer, shiner and is growing again.

Following the success I had using the Olaplex 3 treatment I finally gave in and treated myself to this shampoo as I found my usual drugstore shampoo was doing nothing to preserve my newly ashy toned bleached hair, leaving my hair brassy very quickly. You get 250ml of product and only a tiny amount is needed making this much better value than the no. 3 as I can see this easily lasting several months. It has a beautiful creamy almost gel like texture that lathers amazingly well considering there are no sulphates. It is also free from parabens and other nasties that aren’t kind to your hair, the addition of it being vegan and cruelty free just makes it even better! Since using this shampoo on a regular basis I have found it keeps my hair soft and preserves my hair colour perfectly, paired with the Olaplex conditioner my hair feels amazing and I can definitely see myself repurchasing when I eventually use up the bottle!
