The Garnier Hair Food range is fantastic. I first saw it used by Instagram/ YouTube-er’s and wanted to try it. It really lived up to its reputation. Lots of product in the tub, really hydrating, good price (you can get it in B and M on offer too) and smells divine. The range as a whole can result in greasy hair if not used correctly - The instructions say it can be used as a normal conditioner, a 3-minute mask or leave in conditioner but I wouldn’t leave in more than the 3 minutes as a mask. I do have quite natural hair so maybe you could do this for heavily treated/ dry hair. I have given 5* for the Aloe scent as it is the nicest one, but would give 4* for the rest of the range.

I am in my late 20's/early 30's with combination, fair tone skin and hazel eyes. My hair is medium brown, combination with coarse texture.
I was really impressed with this hair mask, especially since it can be used as conditioner or as a treatment. It smells very fresh and looks to be a rather natural product. I liked to apply this all over wet hair then use a comb to detangle the knots. My hair always felt soft and smooth once dried because of this. I wouldn’t buy this particular one again as I want to try Garniers other hair masks e.g banana.
