I purchased the shade 6 cupcake pink. It is so vibrant! Really soft on my lips. Things that let it down was that it did stain my bottom lip and it does transfer so isn't good for drinking wine. For the price I wouldn't really complain and I would buy another shade.
I bought this becaus the onei had , has run out . So I thought I'd give this a go . I'm not so keen on the texture when I apply it . Its slightly sticky so have to wait for it to dry before going in with foundation . Despite it says you can wear it on its own . I wouldn't , it doesn't completely hide the reddness that I have on my cheeks . But once foundation us applied on top . The reddness is gone . The primmer is a light green colour when you squeeze it from the tube . However it goes clear when applied to the skin . It does the job I want it to for now . I will purchase again . Although whmore...en I'm next in the shop I purchased my last one from . I will be going back to my original primmer ..
For a concealer everyone talks about it isn't that great. It oxidizes like crazy, it turns a orangey colour which is awful on my pale skin. The colour range is shameful nowhere enough shades it's 2020 include everybody please. However if it does match your skin tone it has good coverage and good staying power.
This is my favourite setting spray I've tried so far and I've tried alot.
It leaves a lovely soft dewy look and my makeup lasts hours. Only critic is the sprayer top isnt the best. But the product is awesome. I actually used an old bottle and transferred it in just to get a more even mist.
These are my go to eyeshadow brushes. Picks up the product well and is able to blend well. I think for the quality they are very good value. Easy to clean, especially with the RT brush cleaning solution. Real Techniques are a brand you really can rely on for quality.
I found this shine spray so good. The smell is lovely and it makes your hair look so glossy and healthy. I think the negative review I have seen about it making your hair look greasy is probably due to either using too much or spraying it too close to the hair. Absolutely worth a try and play around with, sometimes less is more. I've always found Lee Stafford to be a great and reliable brand.
I have only tested the shade "hun" so far. I'm really impressed, nice silky application and is very pigmented. It can be a little drying but not any more than other matte brands. I'm absolutely stocking up on these and they are amazing value for money!
I was so sad when Rimmel discontinued this range of matte lipsticks! You can still buy some shades from different retailers though. I would definitely stock up! The pigment is amazing, it's not that drying for a matte either and the smell of them... omg I just love the smell which is fairly unusual for a lipstick to have a nice fragrance. Rimmel, please bring these back!
Love this contour kit. Nice little mirror inside, contour powder is easy to blend and the highlighter is awesome. The highlighter glides on like silk and gives a beautiful shimmer. I'll definitely be sticking to this product.
This is lightweight, easy to apply and it looks very pretty on. I have been wearing it daily since I bought it two weeks ago and I'm so impressed with its versatility. I've worn this with a full face of makeup for a long day of formal celebrations. I've worn it with subtle makeup at work and I've worn it on its own with a touch of mascara for a bit of blurring at the weekends. I have normal skin and need to set my T zone with powder when I wear this but I don't need to use primers or concealer with it on minimal makeup days. However, I get an almost airbrushed effect when I layer it overmore... my Bobbi Brown Mattifying primer in my T zone and over my Clarins Beauty Flash Balm under my eyes. With setting spray, this easily lasts for twelve hours but it also lasts pretty well on its own. This blends effortlessly with my fingers and provides much more coverage than I'd expect from a tinted moisturiser. I'm at an age where most foundations and concealers just draw attention to my pores and fine lines so I love that this gently smooths everything out and makes me look like I've got great skin. I love the radiant finish to this formula on me but I realise it could look quite greasy on someone with oily skin. I also like that this contains SPF 30 while not causing any irritation.
