Benefit's Stay Don't Stray is a great product . Before I used it my eyeshadow would be doing a disappearing act my mid morning and it really does help keep shadow in place. It's texture and colour make it easy to blend in and the applictor is hygenic and easy to use. The only downside is that it is pretty costly.
I sincerely hope that Vaseline Paint The Town Red is not a limited edition product as it's amazing! It has all the standard benefits of a Vaseline lip balm (moisturising, effective, compact and attractive packaging) but with a hint of red colour. It's great for a natural, subtle lip stain without going as far as a gloss/lipstick so you don't look too 'done'.
This amazing Babyliss Curl Secret Styler is on my Christmas List. It's not cheap but I think it's worth the price. Unlike any other tool I've used, this pulls the hair sections into a chamber and curls and heats without you having to manually do anything other than hold the styler in place. It enables effortless production of perfect, even curls.
The Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic is a brilliant product. It effectively removes any stubborn traces of make up that a cleanser doesn't quite reach but at the same time it's very gentle on skin. It smells lovely because of all the natural ingredients. It comes in a bottle or in a spritz, which is my preference as it's so refreshing.
The Neutrogena Grapefruit Daily Exfoliator is effective and great value for money. It leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and invigorated and although I get a very slight tightness to my skin afterwards this obviously goes away as soon as I've moisturised. Quick and easy to use as part of your morning routine.
I hate to admit it but I use cleansing wipes every night for make up removal as I want something quick and easy. As I have oily/combination skin I use these Simple Oil Balancing wipes. They remove most make up (not all traces) and leave my skin feeling pretty clean & healthy. I haven't noticed much impact from an oil balancing perspective.
Despite having 4 colour shades in one box, Benefit's Hervana is easily the most subtle of all their face powders. With quite a pale complexion this works for me and I use it as a daytime blusher, particularly when I want a barely there look. It has taken me time to get used to Hervana as I'm used to more of an impact from Benefit powders but I'm still a fan.
I have NARS Laguna and love it. As I'm fair skinned I admittedly only use it in the summer when I have a bit of a tan already or on a night out. It is a high quality product, which I think is important with a bronzer to avoid looking tacky. As the palette is quite large you can use a big brush with it which helps with application to body and face. I often use this for decolettage as well.
The Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream is probably one of the most hyped about moisterisers on the market. I first used it when I had an Elemis facial some years ago and loved it. However now I find it less effective on my skin - perhaps my skin type has changed (I'm in my mid 30's) - so no longer use it. It smells gorgeous though and is still a great moisturiser, just not for me.
I would strongly recommend the Decleor Aroma Night balm. I use the Rose balm which is for sensitive skin. I only need a small amount of balm which I rub between my hands first (to warm it up) before applying to face and neck (press dont rub for more effective absorbtion). When I wake up my skin is super soft and looks healthy. Worth the high price.
