Excellence Creme Reviews:
"I used this colour for the first time last week. It left my hair feeling really soft and silky. More as if it had had a deep condition rather than a colour. It is very easy to use and not messy. I have washed my hair a couple of times and it still feels incredibly soft."

"thos colour is so good, and it lasts in my hair for ages, and doesnt fade or loose it's shine! "

Nice 'n Easy Permanent Colour Blend Foam Reviews:
"Love this hair colour!! Its a foam formula so less mess as it doesn"t drip everywhere, really easy to mix and easy to apply. I used a dark brown colour and it lasted ultimately 6 weeks and I would have to reapply. After applying the conditioner in the pack it leaves your hair feeling amazingly soft and looking really healthy and shiny!!"

"Live this hair colour , the foam is non drip so it"s really easy to rub into all over you hair , I have very long thick hair so when doing an all over colour I do require two boxes . The colour comes out lovely and also comes with a lovely conditioner that really makes your hair shine"

Casting Creme Gloss Reviews:
"By far my favourite hair dye out there. It leaves my hair in such good glossy condition and it doesn"t have the ammonia smell which is always a bonus. Don"t use anything but casting creme gloss."

"Very good hair dye both me and my mum use it. My mum uses it for her white hairs and i must say it does cover them all up she either uses this one or garnier but i can say they are both just as good as eachother i use mine for just a new colour and i find it a good buy =]"

Total Bleach Kit Reviews:
"Best hair bleach I"ve ever purchased! Not to expensive and leaves your roots fully covered and white. They also have some amazing different colours and sell all kinds of products to do with hair. Such as hair masks, repair kits, do it yourself bleach kits, hair dyes, toner shampoo and conditioner, white toner kit ( which I love). You can buy all from boots. Really recommend "

B Blonde Highlighting Kit Reviews:
"I always use Jerome Russell"s bleach when I"m dying my hair a bright colour and it works wonders every time. Got my hair from dark brown to a peach colour in one application was easy to use and left my hair really soft, if used incorrectly though it will seriously damage so follow the instructions carefully. I love it though and will repurchase."

Non-Mover in the top 20 this month.
Live Colour Xxl Reviews:
"I"ve dyed my hair a lot of different colours but I always end up returning to the cosmic blue shade in this range. Leaves my hair super glossy and with a nice colour, it also is very hydrating after I"ve dip dyed my hair and helps repair and refresh my hair, the conditioner that comes with it is excellent as well and the product is easy to use, on average it lasts three months."

"I have used this a few times when I've wanted a permenant red for my hair. The smell isn't the best, I had to keep a window open, and my scalp itched very slightly but the end result was worth it, vivid and fairly long lasting, not too much fading."

Nutrisse Creme by Garnier

Nutrisse Creme Reviews:
"I used to pay £70 to have my hair lightened. I now use Garnier Nutrisse Creme and it always covers my grey. Everyone comments on how nice my hair looks. I know I can use this with confidence and have natural looking hair. Colour stays and doesnt go brassy as with other brands. I would recommend this item to anyone to want natural looking blonde with the high price tag."

"This left my hair feeling soft and healthy, not dead at all, also the colour looks really natural, as if you never die your hair, so its great for 1st time dyers or people that dye theyre hair secretly."

Sublime Mousse Reviews:
"The first time I used this foam I wasn"t sure as it has quite a long development time (30 mins) and the colour wasn"t perfectly even. However, the next time I used it I got a friend to make sure it was completely covered and the colour turned out great. No drips and doesn"t stain your head. "

"I found this easy to use, much less mess than the liquid dye I usually use, good choice of colours and great longitivity. One thing i will say is that the foam can sometimes have clumps of dye in it when your applying it, just make sure you fully massage as normal"

Olia Permanent Hair Colour by Garnier

Olia Permanent Hair Colour Reviews:
"Colour was ok but this product really dried out my hair to the point that I couldn"t get a comb through it afterwards even after using the conditioning treatment.Would never use this again as damaged my hair "

"This product is SO poor, it is hard to believe it was made by Garnier. The application bottle is impossible to hold and use (it is round) so it kept slipping from my hand and staining the bathroom. The colour - once finally done - was completely FLAT, no shine or softness whatsoever. I have been dying my own hair for 16 years and this is by far the worst product I"ve ever used. Do not buy. "

Caca Marron by Lush
Conker red/brown natural hair colour - semi p
GlamGeek Rating:

Non-Mover in the top 20 this month.
Caca Marron Reviews:
"Only use henna if you are 100% committed to the colour. I made the mistake of using caca rouge on my light brown hair around 3 years ago and each time I"ve died it since, there"s been a red tint! it also takes a whole day and is very messy."

"With the worry of ppd in hair dye but needing some shine and grey coverage, I tried this. Wow. Yes, it takes a whole day to do but your hair will never look or feel better. The price can be off-putting, but one block does three goes on shoulder length hair, and each go lasts at least six weeks so it is actually half the price of chemical-based dyes. Caca Marron gives a beautiful conker colour!"

Féria by Préférence Reviews:
"I really liked this hair dye I tried a plum coloured one it came out a little darker than expected but was stunning in the light, left my hair glossy and shiny I was really impressed and would definitely repurchase."

"I"ve given 2 stars for the conditioner. That was the only good thing about this dye. I have dyed my hair red for years. I thought I would try their P56 Hot Chilli Red. My hair came out nearly black which didn"t suit me at all. I"ve had to strip my hair and start over. Disappointed with it being L"Oreal"

L'Oreal Excell 10 Hair Colourants. by L'Oreal
GlamGeek Rating:
2.8
(4 reviews)
Non-Mover in the top 20 this month.
L'Oreal Excell 10 Hair Colourants. Reviews:
"I bought this in deep black as I was fed up at how fast the Casting Creme Gloss faded. The colour I ended up with was amazing and my hair looked so luscious afterwards too. It only takes 10 minutes for the colour to develop which is awesome and the smell wasn"t too bad either. The only problem was that there isn"t enough product in one box, so I ended up buying two which is annoying."

"I coloured my friends hair using this and it turned out amazing. There was lots of different tones to her hair and it made it nice and shiny! It was really easy to use and worked in 10 minutes just as it says on the box!"

Precision Foam Colour by John Freida
GlamGeek Rating:

Up 1 compared to last month.

Precision Foam Colour Reviews:
"Pros - easy to apply, lovely colour and shineCons - doesn"t cover every grey hair and even though the colour is lovely at first, it really fades after just two weeks. "

"This is actually really difficult to apply, and I found it hard to determine how much was left in the bottle. It was A LOT darker than shown on the box. I wanted brown and it came out black. It"s awfully expensive too, at twice the amount of an average hair dye."

Nice'N Easy Perfect 10 by Clairol

Down 1 compared to last month.

Nice'N Easy Perfect 10 Reviews:
"I think this hair colourant is good if you"re not doing anything too drastic (e.g. changing from brown to blonde). It covers my hair well and lasts a decent amount of time (I wash my hair every other day)! The conditioner that comes with it is also GREAT, plus you only wait 10mins!"

"It's great that this works in ten minutes, which is fab if you are in a hurry. The colour tends to fade much more quickly that regular permanent colourants."

"LIES!! This product is complete rubbish! it does not cover greys. Or colour normal hair. Better off using cheep stuff than using the Schwarzkopf Palette Intensive Cream Colour,,, which does absolutely nothing to your hair!"

Luminance by Schwarzkopf

Non-Mover in the top 20 this month.
Luminance Reviews:
"After using this product for a couple of years, my hair has thinned considerably and is totally 100% damaged!! I went to a hairdressers to try and find out why my hair was so bad and they are putting it down to using this product. Please, please please, for the sake of your hair avoid this product and go visit a salon. My hair is finally okay after 2 years of salon treatment"

"I"ve dyed my hair red for years. All the red hair dye"s recently were darkening my hair, even though I had stripped previous colours. I saw Luminance as my last option. It did the job and lightened my dark hair to a nice shade of "noticable" red. It"s not quite as light as I would have liked but it"s still done the job. I will at least try it one more time "
