As a makeup artist a setting spray is usually just water in a spray bottle. However when I used this setting spray I would spray in between stages of me doing my makeup for a night out or when I wanted my makeup to last a long time. I do think it helped to set in my makeup a little and last slightly longer maybe just by adding a layer over the makeup. It also helps to refresh the face and to not make makeup look too cakey or dry

This has honestly got to be one of the best setting sprays out there! It makes my makeup look great and it won’t smudge or budge all day. It genuinely keeps it in place and makes my skin feel so refreshed once I apply it on my makeup. Would definitely recommend!

Love love love this setting spray! I didn’t really see the importance of a setting spray until I discovered this one!
After I have applied my makeup, I shake the bottle and mist my face 2 times in a X formation, I feel that’s all I need - a little goes a long way. It may not smell as ‘pretty
‘ let’s say as other setting sprays but that only lasts a few seconds, this spray certainly helps your makeup to last longer than other setting sprays.
I purchased a travel size (30ml) for £10.20 using a discount code from ASOS and I honestly can’t see me straying from this setting spray, I will be purchasing the full sized one in future.

This setting spray makes your makeup adhere to your face. It gives you about 5 hours more wear time than without setting spray.
The only down side is it does have a generic makeupy smell but other than that it is amazing defiantly a must have.

This has got to be by far the best setting spray there ever was I’ve probally brought this item over ten times over the years. You make up truly does not budge with this magic spray. Don’t be shy with it I literally drench my face with this after applying my make up after a min or two it’s set not sticky not oily not dry just perfectly set make up!! Will always be a major part of my daily make up routine

What can I say? I finally caved and bought a travel size version of the all nighter setting spray after hearing people rave about it for months and I am obsessed! My makeup has never looked more beautiful than when it's been set with this. It is a little pricey but totally worth it in my opinion. I often pair this with the smashbox primerizer if I want a flawless base. My only slight downside is the scent;(if you've worn this before you'll know what I mean) it's not unpleasant but it does take a little getting used to. I'm about to run out of my travel size and fully intend on getting a full size. Buy buy buy!

Everyone raves on about this setting spray I've been wanting to try it for so long, I've tried that many different settings sprays I nearly gave up on them until I tried this bad boy. I totally get it now, I have been loving using this even in lockdown on my not so good days its perked me up and made me want to put makeup on, I have oily skin but this helps my makeup stay in place for longer and somehow look better, it may not be the cheapest but its definitely worth the money and I will keep repurchasing

Urban Decay All all nighter range is really good, I tried the original and the De-slick one as well. I can't really tell the difference, bought holds makeup really well, but for long term non of them keeps my skin matte.

This is my go-to setting spray and has been since I discovered it! Usually my makeup slides In places within a couple of hours and my skin isn’t particularly oily so I had no idea why, since I’ve used this it stays put! also I wear glasses, every glasses wearer knows the pain of the nose marks, this keeps my foundation in place so it’s definitely a keeper!

This was the product that started me using setting sprays and it is the product that I always go back to.
Make up just doesn't budge! It does irritate my skin.
I read somewhere that it will dry out your skin if you use it everyday but I personally haven't experienced this.
It is quite expensive but when you need your make up to last all day and night this is worth the investment.
