This primer works at minimising pores but when you apply foundation over the top it is not the best. The foundation tends to ball up and cling to where you apply the primer and it becomes very uneven.
Overall does the job it says but I don’t like the way foundation.

Instantly fills pores. Very impressed. Got it in a set so not sure it’s price but looks amazing under foundation. I just hope it doesn’t block my pores and cause spots. I will be wearing it for my Xmas party!

I am in my mid 20's with acne/problem, light tone skin and green eyes. My hair is medium brown, oily with normal texture.
On my never ending quest for the perfect primer I can across this little gem.
Been working my way through a sample box and whilst I've never tried smashbox I had heard good things. Nothing truly hides my pores but this does a decent job. Blurs them enough they dont bother me.
What I love the most is how it glides on and leaves my face feeling like silk.
Gives the perfect foundation base as well as I've noticed my bases blend a lot easier with this on.
Another little gem of a find to add to my ever expanding arsenal.
I am not sure if it contributes to my make up staying on all day as I use setting spray as well but it does what it needs to!

I’m on the same quest! I’ve spent so much money on wasted primers, I keep thinking of giving up trying but I need one because foundation just doesn’t last on me! This one is on my list to try once I can afford it☺️
This is a fantastic pore minimising primer that evens out the skin before applying a base. It doesn't feel like it has a silicone texture bit it feels silky to touch, smooths the skin and looks matte. Makeup applies perfectly over the top and stays in place. I really like it!

I bought the sample to try it out and OMG I'm converted. It's not heavy on the skin, it doesn't have that silicone texture, not sticky or tacky. My makeup looks flawless, my skin looks healthy. I am loving how this primer works well with my skin. Super stars

I bought this to take a break from the Smashbox original primer. It was awful, i really didnt get on with it at all. It make my foundation really patchy and had no staying power.
